An interior that feels like a weekend cottage
A full 20' x17' saloon and galley rivals many home living rooms. Whether your plans include cocktail parties or quiet time alone, the PE60's living accommodation will impress even the most experienced cruisers. If there is any downside at all, it is only that you will be the most popular yacht in the marina or anchorage.
The PE60 layout continues to utilize our trademark center hallway design which leads directly forward to the full beam owner's stateroom. You will enjoy avoiding the cumbersome up and down steps associated with the classic raised pilot house designs. With this unique layout you will enjoy increased safety at sea as well as a high level of convenience that comes from keeping the main living daily areas all on the same level.
With the availability for up to 6 staterooms, entertaining friends, family and even bringing a crew is not a problem.
A commanding helm and sky-lounge
Back inside, the raised "sky-lounge" to port and adjacent the helm, will be a great additional place to relax, read or entertain and still have easy communication with other parts of the boat including the helm and pilothouse area while underway. It cannot be understated how grand a difference an additional space can be to privacy and livability aboard for family and guests alike. People say it will become one of their favorite parts of the yacht.
The professional quality trawler style helm is safely separated in order to keep controls and electronics away from well meaning guests or younger family members. This is a smart design that still retains open access to the overall living area. No more days of enduring isolation in the pilot house away from friends and family – did we mention the immediate access to the side deck and rear upper sun-deck and fly bridge? A grand trawler design indeed.
Private hull areas and easy mechanical access
Both the owner and guests will appreciate the private staterooms close at hand in the spacious hulls, each with en suite heads. Spacious engine rooms and easy movement to all areas of the boat are as consistent in the PE60 power catamaran. If either of the standard hull staterooms configurations is not desired, a variety of options can be designed into these areas - maybe an office, laundry and hobby area or efficient work-shop. These yachts are designed to reflect the way you live and your creativity is the only limit!
Out back and Up top
Safely protected from a following sea, you will enjoy many uses for the massive rear cockpit. A full 24' wide by nearly 13' deep, this enjoyable outdoor area includes a dedicated seating and entertainment area centered aft with easy and direct access to the lower dual swim platforms to each side. Fish, relax or entertain the day away with envious views and full overhead protection from the elements. Lift up swim steps stairs give a second easy access to the engine and storage rooms.
A huge dedicated fly bridge with a full electronics suite is standard top-side of the yacht There is plenty of room to entertain on this sky-deck or just enjoy the views. Unprecedented deck space is available immediately to the aft of the fly bridge for dingys, day-boats, kayaks and water-toys in order to get a closer look at those destinations you have in mind. A standard electronic crane is at hand to safety launch and retrieve.
